My mother getting mild fever daily 98.6 to 99 after covid recovery.it automatically down to 98.4 without fever medicine. Is it normal?? Please suggest

Body temp normal vary between 96.4 to 99.6
Fever is when body temp >100°F.
Post covid weakness lingers for about 1 months and with proper medications, rest they will eventually subside.
Keep monitoring BP, spO2, temp sugar
Keep mother hydrated.
