My mother age 54 is now covid negative but today she experienced weakness in arms and headache and increased pulse rate. Is she having any problem or its normal ? Should I have her tested for anything related to these problems?

For weakness, she needs to take vitamin supplements, and for high pulse rate , we need to see if she has any underlying infection or history of fever or any heart related issues.
