I had tested positive on Antigen home test twice last week. Now it's negative on the 8th day. Is there a way to know for sure if I had it? Does antibody serology test tell us about past Covid infection? Need to confirm for vaccination next dose

Positive test last week itself is suggestive of vaccination after 90 days

Antibody serology testing can be done, but it's not really necessary, given the fact that you have already tested positive 8 days back. It is ideal to wait for 3 months after Covid infection for getting the vaccine.
