I had fever last Wednesday for a day. Did antigen home test the next day came postive twice, then did one on Thursday came positive again. Now after a week i feel fine and did the antigen test it's coming negative. My query is are Positive antigen test for sure positive? Cause I have to take second dose of vaccination and will have to delay it.

Antigen test, if done properly, is fairly accurate. Considering that you had only one episode of fever, and now no symptoms, indicates a mild course of disease (but not it's absence. It is recommended to wait for 3 months before getting the vaccine.
