Post covid high tsh-7.69 and high bp.

I was diagnosed with covid 19 on 21 april 2021 but after a month I faced many issues, one of them is high bp and generally my diastolic pressure is high, sometimes between 90-100.I don't want to start bp medicine at my age, is there is anything to worry.

It is not a question of your not wanting to start medicine for BP at this young age. If a problem is there it has to be faced.

You might want to monitor your thyroid as thyroid dysfunction can also cause high bp

You may not need to start any medication for it. Rather you can modify your lifestyle. You can reduce your weight( in case you are overweight), exercise daily, decrease salt consumption, adopt DASH diet, limit your alcohol consumption etc.

Avoid oily and fried food, exercise daily, avoid stress, low salt in diet. Monitor your blood pressure regularly. If it gets controlled, then no need of any tablet
