I have mild chest pain sometimes, ear ache and pulse 90-105 on resting, tiredness,leg pain. Is it normal after covid? Temp- 98-99 SpO2- 97-98

Post covid these symptoms are common but needed to b evaluated properly. Can do an ECG and a chest xray and also if these symptoms persists can do blood test for inflammatory markers.
