Post COVID dental extraction

So a month ago I was tested positive for COVID. It was asymptomatic and this week I got retested, the result was negative. I have a bad cavity which is troubling me every night from last two weeks, usually subsides to headache. Visited a dentist who told me the tooth has to be extracted but they can't perform any tooth extraction for 3 months post COVID negative and Dolo is the only option along with tooth care. Any solution ? Does it have to be 3 months from the date of being tested negative after COVID? It's quite painful and effecting my sleep cycle.

Yeah you should avoid extraction as treatment of Covid includes steroid medications as well. Meanwhile you can take, Tab Augmentin CV 625 Thrice daily for 5 days ( After food) Tab Zerodol SP Thrice daily for 5 days( After food) Cap Pankol DSR twice daily for 5 days (Before food)
Next Steps
Visit a dentist if problem persists.
Health Tips
Give a history of previous covid infection.
