Black spots are visible in the right eye. It has been 4 years since the surgery was done. Eye also remains swollen and red at times.

Vitreous floaters is very common after cataract surgery &if there is no retinal pathology ,you should ignore it.For redness &swelling you should consult local Opthalmologist. .
