Is there any hormonal imbalance happen post abortion like anovulatory cycle which might impact in conceiving? If yes then till how many months post abortion this hormonal imbalance might happen? Will this hormonal issue will automatically fix after certain months?

Abortion is an abortion. That means the patient has expelled the products of conception. That means that she conceived. Hence the ovum was there. After abortion or even after a normal delivery some women may have few initial cycles which are anovulatory. But this problem will autocorrect itself.
