Possibility of Pancreatic Cancer

Back and abdominal pain typical of pancreatitis. Pain stopped since patient stopped eating a week ago. Doctors tested a day ago and said no sign of pancreatitis or inflammation of the pancreas or liver so maybe it's pancreatic cancer instead. Test results won't be back till days so I'm just curious if there truly is a possibility of cancer ?

Get a CECT with pancreatic protocol and CA19-9 if not done
