Positive for pregnancy but tsh high

I'm currently taking 37.5 mcg thyroxin. But my tsh is 8.40. T3 and t4 are normal. Should i increase the dose? I'm currently 4 w 6 d pregnant

Your TSH is high. You have to increase the dose. High TSH adversely effect pregnancy.

TSH  level should be below 2.5 in first trimester. You need to increase the dose.

Yes you need to increase the dose TSH in the first trimester  should be maintained less than 2.5
