You seem to be suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Diagnosis can be confirmed by a maneuver known as Dix Hallipike maneuver. If diagnosis is confirmed then only way to treat is to perform particle repositioning maneuvers such as Epley maneuver. Medications are usually not useful
