U need to consult doctor as u must be having delayed wound healing may be because of infection or many more reasons because of that u must have developed contracture .u need to consult doctor .
Sorry to say,,,for medical purpose doesn't need money u can consult any plastic surgeon or general physician in government hospital, those hospitals are for everyone .
Sorry to say ,in India doctor fees is very cheap than one movie ticket or wifi connection.
