From the complaints you have posted ,I understand that you are extremely stressed both physically and mentally .Try to have a good sleep in the night of about seven to eight hours.Following which ,have a relaxed day without too many tasks and see if u can concentrate and remember the conversation s you go through.stil ,if the symptoms of weird feeling and blurring of vision persist ,rule out a neurological problems consulting a neurologist and ophthalmologist
