Hello sir..how to strength my pancreas very strong..because my pancreas get weak nd my digestion totaly disturb lot of gas bloating..some time pain in abdomen nd lot off discomfort in uoeer abdomen..my liver function test normal but pancreas function test is up nd down always.i took lot of alcohal before..i want to make my pancreas very strong like before 3 years ago nd how much time will take..i have no sugar.normal ultrasound..with lot of gas in abdomen..so kindly advise me diet nd what to do

Its seems you have some real problems and some made by you only, Which report is showing up and down in pancreas ? Gas is normal thing many times.
