Hi , IAM entered into 17 th week of pregnancy..cervix measured 3.3 cms of length.polyp in cervical canal 27×6×16mm. Light brown color discharge was seen and pain in abdominal pain ..IAM very much tension about my baby ..Any effect will cause to my baby because of polyp..And how to increase my baby growth ..please suggest
