I'm planning to conceive, this is my condition, but I have regular periods for 30 days - 3 days , should I take pills, reduce weight  will I be able to conceive or is this a serious medical condition

We have not seen you. You don't know whether you will conceive or not. Please give a trial for one year by regular natural sexual intercourse at least once in two days. Chances are that you will conceive. If you don't conceive then you and your husband should consult an Infertility Centre.
