Both ovaries shows multiple tiny peripheral follicles with central echogentic stroma. Suspicious for polycystic ovaries... Can you please explain me this and do i need to take 21 days tablet like yasmin if yes than for how long and if i go for ayurvedic home remedies such as fenugreek seeds or tulso leaves or green tea
