If poly cystic ovary is not treated for long time is there any chance that cyst in ovaries can become cancer or any PCOD can lead to any other life threatening disease if not cured at right time

only pcod on ultrasound does not require treatment. only if you have hormone imbalance or periods irregularity. pcod picture alone does notcause health issues. you may be more prone to develop diabetes. if hormone imbalance then you may have periods problem but no risk of cancer
