What best advice I can give ? Well as an overthinker I have learned these things:
Stop allowing silly little things to steal your happiness.
You're strong and you can get through everything one step at a time.
Donât worry about people who arenât happy for you. They probably are not happy for themselves either.
You're loved, someone out there loves you more than you think.
Your anxiety will tell you the worst case scenario. Itâs a damn liar!
Your life becomes the story you tell yourself. Change the story you tell. And change your life.
Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do. But doesnât get you anywhere.
Things wonât get better unless you think better.
Donât let little things take up too much room in your heartâ¦or you will spend your whole life being upset.
Stop caring what other's think. You're unique and amazing! That's all that matters!
Do what's right for you. Start putting yourself and your own happiness first.
Breathe and have faith. Everything will be okay and will work out for you!

- I am capable enough
- I deserve to be happy
- I refuse to let negative thoughts control Me.
