Good morning, the ECG that you have uploaded here is normal, it doesn't show any acute or abnormal changes.
But if you feel your heart is beating irregularly or you are facing easy fatigue, breathing difficultly, weakness, then you need proper evaluation.

The ECG tracing is normal , there's no irregular heart rate.If you are certain that you experience irregular heart beats , consult with a cardiologist for a clinical examination and holter monitoring to detect the irregular heart beats.You should consider reducing weight.
