After my meal if i move around my heart goes weird I have to immediately sit down and relax before moving I recorded an ECG strip, which is showing some thing happening .. can you check what it is? I already have an echo done, which is okay

Normal. Its gas, acidity  gastritis. 2 d echo is an advance  test then ecg. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min  can be taken 3to 4times.  Change life style n diet plan drastically.
