Thoracic mri shows bilateral thin pleural effusion and doctor ordered chest x ray. do I have pleural effusion, heart seems swelling seen .do I have pericardial effusion. Plz check x ray chest and mri scan.

Get USG chest and how much fluid is collected inn. Give fluids for afb stain and culture . Galactomenon . Most likely Tuberculosis.
