There are many abnormalities. Blood sugar is high. (They should also have done HbA1c and Blood sugar F and PP.) Neutrophils are high. Alk PO4 is high. Urea is at upper limit of normal. Most probably he is suffering from uncontrolled Diabetes and uncontrolled Hypertension.
