Hi , My daughter is 2.9 years old. She has no eye contact and she is not speaking also. I am going to therapy for past 2 months. Now she is improve little bit. My therapist is not a doctor .she has 2 years experience. Many of them told me to consult a pediatrics occupational therapy and speech therapy for better improvement. Please suggest me what can I do .

1.Screening for Autism spectrum disorder is must. 2. Developmental assessment which includes speech and language 3. Developmental pediatrician will suggest what needs to be done in occupational therapy and why .. 4. speech therapy after speech language assessment 5. home intervention as well.
