Hello M 23 years old I have pain in my nipples and when i press my nipple some transparent fluid was coming...what to do

Inadequate history It could be simple mastalgia -  paracetamol is the treatment. Do u have any associated fever?  Yes - go to a clinician for antibiotics prescription. Do u have any wrinkles in the skin surrounding the nipple - immediately visit a clinician.
