Doctor i asked this question 2 Hours ago but no one gives me answer so please give me Answer My brother's 4 dose intradermal anti Rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and he took his Last 4th Day 28 anti rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 but today on 5th March again a street Cat scratch him with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so now how many dose of anti rabies vaccine he need to take ?

No you don't need to take Anti rabies vaccine. Take TT injection if not taken Last time.

wash the wound thoroughly. take a TT injection if it has been more than 5 years that he has taken a TT injection.
