Hello doctor s My mother whose age is 66 is feeling weakness, facing some breathing issue during  cough, her players 5 days before were 72 k , now her platelets are 70, it is constant.. please shw was diagnosed with typhoid, how ever, not suffering from fever. Taking medicine from doctor.. please suggest what should we do
