I have different numbers of platelet count in different tests. All above 1 lakh but less than 1.5 Recent platelet count (MANUALLY) was done. Platelet count was 1.6 and the remarks was given as MANY GIANTS PLATELETS seen. Whats is that? Is there anything to worry.

In how many days gap u have repeated the test and what the status of other counts and peripheral picture do u have any bleeding manifestations like rashes , blood in the urine or stool passage of black colored stool ,
