Platelets decreasing due to pregnency

My wife is 3 month pregnent but her platelets decreasing now it is 1 lac 25 thousand .we have gone for dengue checking it is negative and viral infection is positive medicine given by doc for three days but still not controlled .Please give your suggestion.how much serious is matter.she has no any symptoms of weakness due to platelets

Just repeat platelet count repeatedly every 5 days if they are still falling then she needs evaluation with Hematologist
