She have very low platelet 85k but she have no fever, no dengu so what is the reason of low platelet

There are two groups of disorders that can cause decreased platelet count, one is due to increase destruction of platelets in the blood and other is due decreased production of Platelets into the blood. Though there are some medications that can also cause decrease in platelet counts.
