I was diagnosed with dengue 10 days ago , was admitted to hospital for 4 days ,at that time platelets were 68000 ,and when I was discharged it increased to 1.2 lakh ,after that I was given medicines for 5 days , CBC samples were given every 3rd day , So after discharge from hospital First CBC - 2.5 lakh platelets Second CBC - 4.28 lakh platelets Third CBC was done today and the platelets were 5.1 lakh Is it ok to have high platelets ,or it is a matter of concern ?

Nothing to be worried about. It is reactive thrombocytosis i.e. whenever the stress (fever) on your body is released platelets are produced in large numbers. Platelets upto 10 lakhs are not a cause for concern.
