Platelet cout

My uncle was feeling dizzy since 4 days after waking up in the mrng,he did some test where he did hemoglobin and platelet also,where he is having hemoglobin of 14 and platelet count 85000,but he have no symptoms like fever and all,his cholesterol level have some to boarder line,and he is dynos with arthritis and spondylitis, he was also asked to go through a halter test, my question is 85000 platelet what could be the cause?

85000 platelet count is not all that bad. Please let him get CBC, Blood sugar, BP, ECG . He should go for a complete examination to a General Physician in your area.

Check blood test reports that were done few months back Need to know if platelet drop happened recently Need to know if he is on any medication
