Hi Doctors, My husband had fever last week, high grade fever. his platelet count was dropping from 125000 to 116000. He has no fever now only cough at times. He says he is feeling giddiness sometimes. I am attaching his latest platelet count. Please let me know if i need to repeat his platelet count frequently. Thanks.

As your husband is afebrile and his platelet count is within the normal range , there's no reason for repeating the CBC .His cough may last for a few weeks. Adequate consumption of water and some multivitamin supplement will help.
