My left knee feel quite heavier and it takes little extra efforts to move my left knee while walking, Is it because of plate and screw in my body?

What for plate and screw kept and where it is kept u haven’t said anything clearly here some time it will be heavier but when u start doing physiotherapy u won’t feel such kind of things u can freely move and play like before unless u get full range of motion of the hip and knee
