Hello , I must appreciate its a long time you have beared that pain of plantar fascitis and it hurts a lot. I guess a local short of steroid or a Local infiltration of Platelet rich Plasma by needling technique will definately help you a lot. Last tesort in case even this does not help , a minimally invasive plantar fascia release may be required . Do consult an orthopaedic surgeon to get it treated pronto. You dont have to go through pain
