Hi, I have been trying for pregnancy for the last 1 year. Conceived in second IUI but it ended up as missed abortion in July 2023. After that I took gap of 2 months... We tried to conceive in August and Sept naturally it did not work. Tried 3rd IUI in October but it failed and I got period today. My all blood reports are normal except AMH (0.6). My blood flow has reduced to 2 days post miscarriage. ET during ovolution shows 6MM. I have started ovoluting early on 8th day after miscarriage. Is this the disadvantage of D&E procedure? What could be the reason of early ovolution? I never faced this before miscarriage.
