Why dont you maintain a peoper time for sleep?
Whats the problem?
Is it due to your work or something else?
One should get a peoper sleep daily for optimal body performance.
If not then many such things happen.
Kindly consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Drink plenty of fluids.
