Pitch of my voice

I have an issue with my voice, the pitch of my voice is too low, being in teaching profession i really need to have a commanding voice, because of my poor voice, I am stuck in my profession, please lemme know is there any treatment to increase pitch of my voice? Help me

Hi. First we need to understand the exact problem, is it the pitch of your voice or loudness. The vocal cords need to evaluated physically by doing laryngoscopy and stroboscopy. Depending on the findings of the above, there are different ways that we can help you. It could include speech evaluation followed by speech therapy.
