Does thyroid or hormone imbalance cause pin needle sensation in body .. only pin needle sensation i have with no other symotoms .. i have chronic pcos .. and thyroid too .. from tomorrow i am feeling this .. then the period is coming then its stopping again aftr some hours its repeating and period is coming
