Hi, i noticed things that look like pimples on one side my scrotum and it was just 2. now after 2 months i have noticed a few more on the other side as well. seems like its spreading or something. i look up online about this pimples on scrotum and most of the responses indicated that it was probably nothing and not to worry about. i am a bit worried about this.....and any idea whats going on...hope to hear from someone...thanks
