How to remove small pimples on my face. It spread to ear , nose, neck and each and every part of my face. give me suggestion.

Small pimples as u r saying would be grade 1 or 2..topical creams would be helpful along with cleansers.do u have dandruff?? Visit a doctor for proper skin consultation and treatment.
