A black heads on my face tried a lot but no results.now suggest me the best medicine so that I will be good

Dr.Yogesh here it is suggested to apply kumkumadi tailam 3 drops + manjishthadi tailam 5 drops 2 times wash your face with mixture of powders of amla+ananta+lodhara+Neem
