Pimples inside throat

I feel a gasp for one second sometimes while breathing. It feels like mucus is blocking path in windpipe. Sometimes it feels like mucus is going up my nose while breathing. I can't cough up mucus. I have been gargling with salt water two times a day for months but no relief in symptoms. I often wake up with dry mouth. This has been going on for about 7 months. I have mild constipation(not diagnosed) for 2 years(alternate days,no pain) I had a throat endoscopy he found some pimples in back of my throat and believes this sensation is caused by these pimples. He used same equipment for nose and couldn't find any blockage. Can there be any other cause for this feeling? How to get rid of these pimples? He has given me chlorhexidine mouthwash to gargle, pantavin d capsules(enteric coated pantoprazole & domperidone se capsules IP) Bilasure m(bilasure and montelukast) and bioxy lp My doctor said these pimples sometimes don't even heal. Reports of my endoscopy and imaged are attached.
