Hello! My niece is 1 month old. Since 1 week, we noticed small pimple type growth on her face. It looks like sort of rash..they are so many in no. and red in colour. These rashes are emerging and disappearing on their own on different parts of her face. we are not applying any product on her face. she is on breastfeed. Her detergent is hypoallergenic. Also, she gets similar rashes on her body whenever she is massaged..we have tried olive and coconut oil..but now we are not applying anything on her body too. Kindly advice as to what we can do.
