Pimple near vagina

I am having a painless pimple like thing just beside my vagina (1-1.5 cm away) . No pain unless touched. Having this for 8-9 days now, it was small in size but then increased. But it seems to have reduced from 2 days. Kindly please let me know if this is serious. Photo for reference (my pimple is red in color and a bit smaller and flatter than this)
