Pimple in buttocks crack

Hard stools and now a pimple in butt crack which pains everytime i use the toilet. The pain subsided after twoo weeks but now after a month, started again. I have a cup of coffee daily, from 8 years. Is that the cause? Also i have seasonal allergy and i take levocitrizine 5mg daily from 3 years

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The pimple which you are talking about could be a abscess so definitely get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Have a high fiber foods and drink plenty of fluids .
