Will taking a foaming face wash containing salicylic acid 2%, treative-to, and benzoyl peroxide for a month reduce the number of blackheads/pimples?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Salicylic acid Face wash can be used for maintaining oil free face, however to treat acne proper oral antibiotics is needed along with topical creams and face wash
