Before i thought i have pimple type thing in top of my buttocks but i have concerned with doctor they are saying i have pilonidal sinus in my back top of buttocks & i have to go for surgery . Is there any other way to rectify this problem without surgery it is from last 1 year some time it comes some time blood also come. One doctor suggest me to go for laser surgery & other doctor said for traditional one laser is not possible .I dont understand which one is safe & which to go for.
