Piles during pregnancy

I am 17 weeks pregnant...I found out that I had piles few years back..when I went to doctor she told me it's just the starting stage so you need surgery now and prescribed me an ointment.. It went away after that occasional I get burning pain in anus and it will subside once I put ointment for couple of days...now it's again back and I am pregnant now so I don't know that I can use that ointment...can you please suggest some over the counter ointment for piles.. Thanks
